Once the products are received, there is a maximum period of 24 hours after the date.  and time in which they were received to request a refund, which must be requested by email to: ventas@masaroma.mx.  In the email, the order number and the name of the buyer must be recorded in the subject of the email, the reasons for the refund request must be exposed, as well as the images / photographs of the state in which the products and their packaging.

There is no refund without exception for the following reasons:

• Equipment damaged by negligence

• The equipment was used and worked with the inputs

• You did not like the scent that was requested in your purchase order

• You did not like the accessory that was requested in your purchase order
